A: Qiangda&Yuao technical department will design and drawing mechanical equipment according to the customer's requirements for the product.The sales department will quote production line and spare parts according to the requirements of the drawings.

Q:If I don't see the machine I need in the Geartech catalog or on the website, can I inquiry about a totally custom machine?

Q: How does the machine sign-off, shipping and installation work?

A: Qiangda&Yuao has nearly 20 dispatched engineers who are on standby to go to the customer's factory for installation, commissioning and maintenance. It usually takes 30 days to stay there. We will also teach factory workers the correct use of machinery and equipment, simple maintenance and other skills.
